A NICE EXPERIENCE : OUR TRIP TO GIBRALTAR

A NICE EXPERIENCE : OUR TRIP TO GIBRALTAR

Two Thursdays ago , we 3º ESO , went to Gibraltar with our mentor Miss Rocío and Miss Susana, our English teacher.
We arrived at about 11 o’clock , after a 20 minutes walk to the city centre crossing the airport.
We visited the Main Street and some of the monuments around.
At 13:30 it started to rain cats an dogs and most of us got very wet. It was a really funny situation as we did not know what to do. We had lunch at a Pizzas place. When it stopped raining we met again and now, we have good anecdotes to tell. Even though the rain was very intense, we think that made it much funnier.
We had a special and fantastic day taking photos, interviewing the public and therefore, learning things about this little city.

We went shopping too and we found really good bargains.

We made friends with people from Munich, Gibraltar and Sevilla.

Two of our classmates got lost as they had not read our ‘whats up’ group messages so a peer group, Pablo, Nacho, Jesús, Chechu and Miss Susana went to look for them. They were playing Ferrari cards in a coffee shop as they thought we were leaving later.

Guess what! today we have received a surprise postcard from Gibraltar. Our teachers had written them for us.

A great day to remember!
